This project saw an existing room over the garage converted into an open plan luxury apartment. A fully equipped kitchen with solid oak flooring occupies one corner of the space. The sleeping area is partially secluded by a partition formed from hefty green oak timber beams purchased locally.
An en-suite area was formed in timber studwork with a feature fixed glazed panel at high level, again constructed from green oak. The entire project was overseen and managed by Neil Bathgate.
